Scott Steele - President

Scott is responsible for implementing and managing the development, operation and construction of projects from conception through completion.

Scott's has over 30 years in the general contracting industry and has been involved in development projects for over 15 years.  His experience spans multi-family condominium conversions; seismic upgrades; tilt-up concrete buildings; multiple build-to-suit construction for developers and end users; GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities (design/build); micro-electronic manufacturing clean rooms; demolition and reconstruction of multi-level concrete and steel frame buildings; retail/commercial/ industrial tenant improvements; parking structures, above and below existing historic buildings; and managing multiple projects and budgets.


Con McMahon - Vice President

Con McMahon has been successfully managing projects with J.M. O’Neill since 1984.  

Con combines formal training in architecture and construction management with over 30 years of hands-on experience.  The combination of practical and theoretical skills, along with his emphasis on teamwork, gives Con insight and depth of understanding that translates into on time projects.


Tony McGuire - Vice President

Tony McGuire holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and Construction Management.  Tony worked for J.M. O'Neill from 1996 to 2005, leaving to become the on-site Project Manager for an historic renovation and construction of the 25-story Ritz Carlton building in San Francisco.  He was simultaneously managing a related seven-story conversion of an historic office to condominiums.  

Tony returned to J.M. O'Neill in 2011, bringing his management experience which includes a wide variety of construction ranging from new concrete shell buildings, steel structures, seismic upgrades, laboratory construction, high-end office improvements, multi-family residential construction and retail centers.  He has been involved in managing all phases of such construction projects from planning, budgeting and estimating, through construction and close out.
